Children's Party

Our "Children's Party Package" has been tailored to make sure your little one has an amazing Birthday on board one of our trains.

Choose from either a half-coach (up to 30 people) or a full coach (up to 60 people) to celebrate in style.

Note: All children's parties are subject to a minimum of 10 children per booking.

 

Experience a full return trip from Shackerstone to Shenton with either a steam or heritage diesel engine on one of our standard operating days, in one of our vintage carriages, decorated in a colour of your choice.

 

All children will be provided with ample food (see sample menu) and receive a party bag before they leave. The birthday boy or girl will even get the opportunity to meet the driver! Tea & coffee is provided for all adult guests, and children will receive squash.

Children: £14.95
Adults: £6.95

Small Cake: £39.95

Booking T&C's:
  • Parties are only available on 12:30 or 14:00 services on standard operating days as per standard timetable.
  • Minimum of 10 children per party booking.
  • Party groups can remain on train for an additional round trip (dependent on passenger numbers on the day), for no additional cost, but may have to move to another part of the train if requested. 
  • Small cake suitable for up to 30 people (half-coach booking).
  • Large cake suitable for up to 60 people (full-coach booking).
  • Minimum notice of 2 weeks for all party bookings.
  • Deposit of 25% required when booking, balance required 2 weeks before event, along with final guest numbers, dietary requirements and any other details.

Celebration Party

The "Celebration Party Package" is designed to cater for your function, whether its a special anniversary, a graduation party, or even a milestone birthday.

Choose from either a half-coach (up to 30 people) or a full coach (up to 60 people) and impress your guests.
