• All trains depart from and return to Shackerstone Station - Car park Sat Nav code CV13 0BS          "What 3 Words" ref: "Craftsman.Rail.Apricot"

• Details of ALL children's age and gender must be submitted during booking (This is used for gift selection purposes only).

• Please allow adequate time to park and walk to the station before your booked departure time. We are not able to hold departure of trains for late arrivals. We recommend you arrive a minimum of 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

• Customers are allocated seats, so please check that you book the full number in the party at the same time. Later bookings can not be guaranteed to have seats near any prior booking.

• Cancelled bookings will not be refunded. However, with more than 14 days notice to your booked date, we will endeavour to transfer your booking to another Santa Special service upon payment of £10.00 administration fee, space permitting. 

• No refunds can be provided for visitors who do not arrive at Shackerstone Station in time for the booked departure time of their train.

• Children under 12 months travel free, and will receive a small gift from Santa.

• Santa Special trains may be either steam or diesel hauled, and all locomotives are subject to availability.

• Please note we do not allow dogs or other animals to travel on Santa Special trains, unless they are guide dogs.

• Every effort will be made to run trains according to this timetable, but unforeseen circumstances may entail alterations or cancellations.

• The railway operators can accept no liability for such cancellations or late running of any train and reserves the right to vary the provisions contained in this brochure without prior notice. E&OE.

• Accessibility - Due to the design of the historic coaches used for our Santa Specials, wheelchairs cannot gain access to the passenger areas of the coaches. If a member of your party is a wheelchair user, please advise when booking so that we can contact you to check that we are able to accommodate them.
